Booking Conditions

and is subject to the following terms and conditions:-
- Lettings are from 5.00 pm on the day of arrival to 9.00 am on the day of departure.
- A deposit of £95 is required to secure the property. The receipt of a deposit is treated as a firm booking and if accepted the applicant becomes liable for the full balance of charges. The balance is payable six weeks prior to the commencement of the hiring. In the event of a booking not being accepted by the Owner, a full deposit will be returned immediately.
- In the event of the Hirer being compelled to cancel he must notify the Owner in writing/email immediately. - The bringing of pets on to The Property without permission is forbidden.

Coronavirus update: if WE are required to close our premises due to UK government general restrictions on travel, overnight stays, or other ‘lockdown’ measures directly affecting LazyCottage or if a specific outbreak of Coronavirus forces closure of LazyCottage for deep cleaning you will be offered a full refund or opportunity to transfer your booking to a different date.
- No liability is accepted by the Owner for any accident or injury to persons, or loss or damage to Hirer’s personal property inside or outside the property.
